Please email us at info@shopsueyboutique.com  to receive your return authorization form (RMA).

If you choose to exchange your items, please email us at info@shopsueyboutique.com and let us know what items that you would like to exchange. We will put your replacement items on hold for 7 business days while your return travels back to us. Once it arrives, we will ship out the new items. Re-shipping charges do apply.

 

If you choose to receive a store credit, once we receive your returned items, we will email you a code to use the next time that you shop with us. The assigned code will deduct the total dollar amount of your return and apply it to your new purchase.  

All returns must be received within 10 business days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

All items must be unused and in original packaging, along with a copy of the shopsueyboutique.com invoice and the completed RMA form.

items are quality checked and all orders are double checked for accuracy.
