What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to issue a store credit for your items.
Please email us at info@shopsueyboutique.com to receive your return authorization form (RMA). Upon receipt of your returned package, we will email you a store credit code to use towards a future purchase or exchange.
All returns must be received within 10 business days of delivery.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
All items must be unused and in original packaging, along with a copy of the shopsueyboutique.com invoice and the completed RMA form.
In an effort to make your shopping experience with us the best it can be, prior to shipping any order from shopsueyboutique.com all items are quality checked and all orders are double checked for accuracy.

Do you take international orders?
Yes, please place your international orders directly on the website. Shipping cost and time in transit information will be provided as you checkout.
What is "leather like"?
We offer only the highest quality faux leather available. The material looks and feels like real leather. We never carry anything that looks "cheap or plasticy."
Where are you located?
We are located at 1737 Orange Tree Lane, Redlands, CA 92374. Our retail store is open Monday-Friday 10-5 Saturday 12-4 Closed Sunday.
