Who is Shop Suey?

The shopsueyboutique.com online store was started in 1999 by self proclaimed “shop-a-holic” and owner Heather Gray. Shopping for her friends soon became a neighborhood sensation. When strangers started showing up on Heather’s doorstep as if her home was a retail shop, she decided to start a website so that her new-found following could shop from home! What started as a way for this stay at home mom to earn extra money way back when her two daughters were babies, has blossomed in to a world famous internet shopping site. Being featured constantly in fashion magazines as the go-to site for “looks for less” and “celebrity inspired fashion” has established the Shop Suey name and created our very recognizable brand.

What are your shipping costs?

*US orders:
Order total $0-$25= $6.95
Order total $26-$99= $12.95
Shipping is free on orders over $75 (UPS Ground)

UPS 3 day & UPS Overnight options will be calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 Shop Suey Boutique has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

 

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?


International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Shop Suey Boutique. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

When will I receive my order?


Every effort is made to ship your order the day it is received. Most orders will be delivered within 3-7 business days after your order is placed via UPS Ground delivery. Expedited shipping is available for an extra cost that will be calculated at checkout. We will notify you via email if any delays occur.

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to issue a full refund (minus shipping cost) for your items.

All returns requesting a refund must be received back to us within 10 business days of delivery. Items received after the 10 day grace period will be issued a store credit.

All items must be in new and unused condition and be sent back in their original packaging.
A copy of your invoice must be included in the box with the return.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

How do I use my store credit?

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email stating your store credit has been applied to your account. When you sign in and place your next order the credit will automatically be deducted from your total. All returns will be processed on Fridays.


How often do you add new items?


What separates shopsueyboutique.com from other websites is the ability to get the hottest, most wanted accessories within days of you seeing them in your favorite magazine. Therefore we add new items almost daily. Be sure to visit often and see our ever changing collections!


What is "leather like"?

We offer only the highest quality faux leather available. The material looks and feels like real leather. We never carry anything that looks "cheap or plasticy."
