 Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to issue a full refund within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days a store credit will be issued. We do not pay for shipping back your return.

Please follow these instructions when returning an item:

1) Log into your account

2) Click on the completed orders link

3) Click the return items link associated with your order

4) Select items to return

5) Select your reason for return and request your RMA.

Once the RMA is approved please send back your return with a copy of your order number to:

Upon arrival, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

All returns requesting a refund must be received back to us within 14 business days of delivery.
Items received after the 14 day grace period will be issued a store credit.

All items must be in new and unused condition and be sent back in their original packaging.

Please include a copy of your invoice in the box with the return.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Using a Store Credit

Once we receive your return, you will receive an email stating your store credit has been applied to your account. When you sign in and place your next order the credit will automatically be deducted from your total. All returns are processed on Fridays.


 Shipping and Tracking


  • We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details and USPS tracking number.
  • Most orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days after your order is placed via USPS Priority delivery.
  • Please feel free to email us for assistance tracking your package.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an extra cost that will be calculated at checkout.
  • We will notify you via email if any delays occur.
